Employee Wellness Center
The City has teamed up with Concentra to provide on-site medical care through our Employee Wellness Center. It is designed to support your health and well-being throughout your career. Open to all full-time employees and dependents covered through the City's health plan, the center provides a range of resources aimed at enhancing physical, mental, and emotional wellness. We're here to help you achieve a balanced lifestyle and foster a supportive community where wellness is a priority.
Eligibility Those who are eligible to seek treatment at the Employee Wellness Center include:
Full-time employees covered through the City's insurance (no cost) Dependents ages 4 and up covered through the City's health plan (no cost) Full-time employees not covered on the City health plan ($50 fee through payroll deduction) Those who are not eligible to seek treatment at the Employee Wellness Center include:
Dependents not covered through the City's health plan are not eligible to use the Employee Wellness Center. Scheduling Please call 8 32-514-6548 to schedule an appointment.
After your first on-site appointment you will be sent a digital link to register for the online portal, allowing you to schedule future appointments online or through a mobile app. Telemedicine appointments also available. Wellness Video
