We’re proud to offer full time employees and their dependents the following medical plan option designed to help you and your family get the care you need at an affordable price.

UnitedHealthcare Choice Plus Plan

The UnitedHealthcare Plan provides coverage through in-network doctors and you do not need a referral or coordination from a primary care physician (PCP) when you need care. This plan also provides out-of-network doctor and hospital coverage. Trying to utilize in-network doctors and care will usually result in lower prices for you as a consumer.

You will not have access to out-of-network physicians, with the exception of emergency situations, if you are enrolled in this option. If you decide to seek treatment from an out-of-network doctor, you will be responsible for the full cost of treatment.
