The vision plan covers full time employees and their dependents for routine eye exams, eyeglass lenses, frames, or contact lenses. Additional discounts and savings may be available for sunglasses, lens options, and laser vision correction. You can choose any provider; however, you will spend less money when you visit an in-network provider.
