Vehicle and Property Damage

The City of Baytown has partnered with Origami Risk to provide a streamlined process for submitting incident reports related to property or vehicle damage. Employees can upload photos, estimates, and written statements while submitting the report.

Before Submitting an Incident Report

Make sure you've completed the following at the scene (if safe and appropriate):

  1. Contacted law enforcement (9-1-1) if necessary
  2. Sought medical attention if an injury occurred
  3. Notified your supervisor
  4. Taken clear photos of the damage, location, and any contributing factors
  5. Collected written or verbal witness statements, including names and contact info
  6. Noted the time, date, exact location, and weather conditions during the incident
