Tuition Assistance

Empowering Education

We’re committed to helping employees advance their careers through our Tuition Assistance Program, available to full-time employees who have served with the City of Baytown for at least one year. This funding supports job-related degrees and courses through accredited institutions and approved programs, enabling our team to grow and enhance their skills.

Since Fiscal Year '22, we have paid out $123,168 in tuition assistance for 83 employees to improve their skill sets to better serve the City of Baytown.
