Post-secondary options are plentiful with University of Houston main and Clear Lake campuses, Texas Southern University and Rice University among the many 4-year colleges and universities within 45 minutes of Baytown. In the local community, Lee College provides more than 100 associate degrees, certificates and non-credit courses, preparing students for higher education, workforce entry and in-demand careers, with increased accessibility since the first semester is tuition-free for eligible students. Top programs include nursing, process technology, allied health and computer science.
